Frequently Asked Questions

What camera do you use?
- We have mostly been using Canon products for the past 10 years. We currently shoot with an R5, but some of our older images are done with various Rebel series cameras.
Are those colors real?
- Usually. I shoot exclusively in Raw which requires some computer processing. I generally try to keep the colors true to life, instead using the time of day and recent weather conditions to bring out the vibrancy of my work.
What processing tools do you use?
- We use Lightroom to process all of our photos. Photoshop is used when more complex editing, such as removing distracting elements, is required.

I saw an image on your Instagram/Facebook/Gallery that isn't available on your store. Is it possible to order a print?
- Yes, just send us a message and we would be able to create a custom order for you.
What material are the Fine Art prints printed on?
- Each photo is printed on Fine Art paper that best matches the specific image in question. Depending on the print, we will use a Matte or Luster paper from companies such as Canon, Epson and Hahnemühle. If you have questions about a product, feel free to reach out.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
- Orders will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the order. Delivery should typically be expected within two weeks. Larger or custom orders may require more time. If time is a factor, please reach out to us.
Do you sell digital prints?
- We do not sell digital prints or image files
Can you customize images?
- In the past we have worked with customers to edit our photos for specific purposes and environments. Please contact us if interested in a custom work.
What is your return policy?
- All orders can be modified or cancelled until the image is printed. Afterwards, all sales are final. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please reach out and we can replace your order at no charge.
Do you have any discounted items?
- We offer a 20% discount on all of our new images for their first month in the shop. We also provide slightly lower prices if you come out to see us at one of our shows.

How long have you been doing this?
- We've been taking photos of our travels ever since we started traveling in college in 2008. We turned our work into a business in 2020 while stuck at home due COVID and new Parenthood.

- We have visited all 50 states and the following countries

Where has been your favorite spot to visit?
- Truly this is the hardest question in the list. We can narrow it down to three. The hiking and views of Iceland and Norway are truly spectacular and always worth a trip. But Australia's wildlife and cities have allowed some of the most fun we've had while traveling.
